ELITE VILLA HOLIDAYS is a short term, fully furnished, property management company established in April 2006 and based in Perth's Northern Suburbs.

Our properties range from beach side executive homes with swimming pools and/or spa's to budget.

Elite Villa Holidays currently manage over 10 homes in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. During our 6 years in management we have met some fantastic people, guests and owners alike. We have also been chosen on two occasions by the BBC for providing accommodation for their TV programme 'Wanted Down Under' along with Glasgow boat for the round the world yacht race.
